AS "mogo" informs, that effective from 15 March 2017, there are changes in the Board of the Company. The current Chairman of the Board Aleksandrs Čerņagins is being replaced by Edgars Egle. Aleksandrs Čerņagins will remain Member of the Board of AS "mogo". Edgars Egle previously was Mogo group Chief Operating Officer. Before joining AS "mogo" he held Latvia branch manager role at Linedata (www.linedata.com) and head of support role at Evolution Gaming (www.evolutiongaming.com). Edgars Egle does not hold shares in AS "mogo".
