Reference is made to the proposal for the notice published as of the date hereof, whereby the Board of Directors of Scatec Solar ASA ('SSO') resolved to propose to the annual general meeting to be held on April 24 2017, a dividend of NOK 0.71 per share (based on 93,816,230 shares outstanding).
