Hamilton, Bermuda, 23 March 2017 - On 22 March 2017, the Board of Directors of Höegh LNG Holdings Ltd. ("Höegh LNG") approved the 2016 annual financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The statements are in accordance with the preliminary 2016 annual financial statements published on 28 February 2017. The annual report 2016 will be made available on Höegh LNG's web site www.hoeghlng.com in April 2017.
Höegh LNG's annual general meeting will be held on 23 May 2017.
