On 27 March 2017 Šiaulių Bankas AB provided a binding offer to acquire a portfolio of performing mortgage loans and partially performing mortgage loans issued by the credit institution under the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania. The total carrying amount of the loan portfolio to be acquired reaches EUR 30 million.
The seller of the portfolio, which due to contractual obligations cannot be disclosed by Šiaulių Bankas AB, is free to decide whether to sell the loan portfolio to Šiaulių Bankas AB or to other buyers. The sale of the loan portfolio to Šiaulių Bankas AB will take place providing the bank and the seller conclude the agreement, the transaction closing conditions under this agreement are fulfilled and the transaction is completed.
