THE ORGANIZATION MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF ROBIT PLC FOR 2017
The Board of Directors appointed by the Ordinary General Meeting of Robit Plc, has during its Organization Meeting chosen from among its members, members for the Remuneration Committee, Appointment Committee and Working Committee.
The Ordinary General Meeting has chosen Harri Sjöholm to continue as Chairman of the Board of Directors. In its Organization Meeting the Board of Directors has chosen Matti Kotola as Vice Chairman of the Board.
The Board of Directors estimates that all the members of the Board except for Harri Sjöholm are independent from the company and from its major shareholders.
Tapio Hintikka (Chair), Mammu Kaario and Harri Sjöholm have been chosen as members for the Remuneration Committee and the Appointment Committee. The Committee membership of Harri Sjöholm shall become effective as of 1.5.2017, when his duties as Group Chief Executive Officer shall end.
Harri Sjöholm (Chair), Kalle Reponen and Matti Kotola have been chosen as members for the Working Committee.
