Xplore Technologies Appoints Mark Holleran as CEO

Phil Sassower to remain Chairman of the Board


AUSTIN, Texas, April 03, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Xplore Technologies (Nasdaq:XPLR), the provider of rugged tablet PCs, today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Mark Holleran, 59, to serve as Chief Executive Officer and President of Xplore Technologies, effective April 3, 2017. Holleran succeeds Phil Sassower, 77, who has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Xplore since 2006. Sassower will remain as Chairman of the Board.
