During March, four domestic routes opened.  Aeromar began flying the Culiacán- Guadalajara and Culiacán- Hermosillo routes; and TAR opened the Chihuahua-Querétaro and Zihuatanejo-Bajío routes.

International traffic increased in eight airports in March. The largest increases were in Mazatlán (+18.1%; +7,232 passengers), in large part because of increased traffic on Calgary, Winnipeg, and Dallas routes; and Zihuatanejo (+10.9%; +4,501) as a result of an increases in traffic on the Calgary and Vancouver routes.

The number of flight operations (takeoffs and landings) in March decreased 3.6%.  The number of domestic operations decreased 3.8%, and international operations decreased 2.0%.
