Wesco Aircraft Extends Multi-Year Agreement With Northrop Grumman Corp.


VALENCIA, Calif., April 06, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Wesco Aircraft Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:WAIR), the world’s leading provider of comprehensive supply chain management services to the global aerospace industry, today announced the extension of an agreement with Northrop Grumman Corporation, a leading global security company providing systems, products and solutions to government and commercial customers worldwide.

This new, multi-year agreement extends Wesco’s current contract to provide integrated supply chain services for C-class aerospace hardware in support of the F-35 program for Northrop Grumman’s Aerospace Systems division.

Under separate agreements with Northrop Grumman, Wesco also provides just-in-time hardware services for the Autonomous Systems and other programs, and supports all Aerospace Systems locations with hardware and electronic products. In addition, Wesco provides comprehensive chemical management services to Northrop Grumman’s Mission Systems division.
