American National’s exceptional agent growth continues to defy industry trend

Company sees over 24% growth in active agent count over the last five years

SPRINGFIELD, Mo., April 06, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- American National’s Multiple Line Division enjoyed another year of exceptional recruiting success in 2016, announced Gary Lukovich, vice president of multiple line distribution.  The Multiple Line Division experienced a net growth in new agent appointments of 28.8% in 2016, where similar comparable insurance companies reported negative growth results.

Lukovich credits much of that growth to Field Leaders who are using the Agent Career Program (ACP) that was released in 2013 and the Management Career Program (MCP) that debuted in 2015. Both programs provide paid training for American National and Farm Family multiple line agents and management candidates through KellyOCG®, a third-party, while the interns work alongside established agents to gain business experience.

“American National’s executive team is dedicated to growing our field force and helping our agents and managers become successful business owners,” Lukovich said. “The results speak for themselves, as our Multiple Line Division has experienced extraordinary growth over the last five years.” Lukovich went on to note that American National’s growth has been strictly organic and is not the result of company acquisitions.

American National encourages job seekers of all backgrounds to consider a career in the insurance industry. Dedicated professionals looking for a flexible schedule, an entrepreneurial endeavor, opportunities for leadership and unlimited income potential are invited to consider an American National or Farm Family agent opportunity.
