CHANGE IN THE NUMBER OF THE TREASURY SHARES
As published on 30 March 2017, the Board of Directors of Plc Uutechnic Group Oyj has decided to cancel 3.480 treasury shares. The subsequent change in the number of the shares has been registered to the trade register on 13 April 2017.
After the cancellation the total number of the treasury shares of the company is 0.
The total number of the shares of the company has been reduced to 56.501.730 shares, which represents 56.501.730 votes.
