Associa Mid-Atlantic Announces Executive Leadership Changes


MT. LAUREL, N.J., April 13, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Associa Mid-Atlantic is pleased to announce Paula Santangelo, CMCA, AMS, PCAM has been named branch president, while Lynne Hartmann, CMCA, AMS, PCAM has been promoted to branch vice president.

"Paula brings with her many years of experience in the industry and has been serving our communities for nearly 20 years. She has been an advocate for customer service excellence and takes great pride in leading our team. Lynne has played a large role in the retention and development of staff and communities in New Jersey for many years. They have worked closely with myself for the past two years and I am extremely confident Associa Mid-Atlantic will be successful for many years to come with them at the helm."

Santangelo began her community association management career in 1989 and joined Associa Mid-Atlantic in 1998. She has many years of direct management experience as both an on-site and off-sire portfolio manager. Most recently she has been responsible for Mid-Atlantic's staff and programs serving association clients in Montgomery County Pa., and Bucks County Pa., for six years.

Santangelo received her PCAM designation in 1997. She has been awarded Community Association Management's (CAI) Rising Star Award, was a past Chair of the Chapter Manager Education Committee and served on the Government Affairs and Gold Star Committees. Additionally, she served four years on the 12-member APCM Board – the national group responsible for standards and education for the management professional within CAI.. Santangelo is currently chair of a review panel for CAI's Designation Ethics Committee.

Hartmann joined Associa Mid-Atlantic in 2005. During her tenure, she has provided portfolio management services to a number of valued clients. She has also been responsible for various training programs developed to enhance system skills, professional development and industry knowledge. In 2010, Hartmann was inducted into Associa's Ambassador's Circle in recognition of her outstanding leadership and dedication. She is an active member of CAI receiving the 2014 Rising Star Award.
