AccessData Strengthens International Team with Addition of Two Customer Experience Professionals

Gary Holland to head up international team’s customer care, Artem Kruzhilin named channel manager for international markets


LONDON, April 18, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AccessData Group, a leading provider of integrated digital forensics and e-discovery software, today announced the appointment of two professionals to lead their customer experience teams for international markets.

Gary Holland has been named director of customer care for international markets and will be based in Germany. Artem Kruzhilin has been named channel manager for international markets and will be based in the UK.

Holland is charged with building the customer care team for AccessData’s international division, which provides a dedicated resource to new and existing AccessData customers so their needs are served at all times. The international customer care team was created to provide a unique and more personalized experience for new and existing AccessData customers, offering frequent communication about product roadmaps, patches and updates, training, webinars and other educational opportunities. The team makes regular courtesy calls and conducts frequent satisfaction surveys to make sure AccessData’s international customers are extremely satisfied.

Holland has three decades of experience in technology development and support. He comes to AccessData from Hewlett Packard Enterprise AG, where he worked for the last 10 years in various management roles involving enterprise partner programs. Previously, he was a service sales manager at Concat AG, a service sales representative at Siemac AG and a service engineer at Digital Equipment GmbH. A native of London, Holland graduated from technical college at Slough and served an apprenticeship in aviation electronics. He has lived in Germany for more than 30 years.            

Kruzhilin is tasked with managing all aspects of AccessData’s interactions with the partners responsible for distributing AccessData software products in international markets. His key goals are improving communications between AccessData and the channel, creating a comprehensive standardized partner enablement program and supporting the company’s partners in building new revenue opportunities.

Kruzhilin rejoins AccessData, where he was an account executive for Central and Eastern Europe from 2012-2015. Most recently, he was a regional sales manager in Central and Northern Europe for Wandera, where he oversaw strategic partner relationships, and was previously the enterprise IT sales manager for Avecto Ltd. Kruzhilin earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Birmingham in the UK. He is a resident of London.

Afras noted that AccessData will be hosting its Partner Conference this summer in Dublin, Ireland. The event is expected to attract some of the company’s valued channel partners from around the world for a series of discussions about how to leverage technology, services and support in ways that best assist AccessData’s customers worldwide.
