Knut Flakk, chairman of the board of Hexagon Composites ASA ("HEX") has received proxies without voting instructions to vote for 9,189,309 shares at the annual general meeting of 20 April 2017 (the "AGM"). Mr Flakk and close associates hold 30,715,717 shares in HEX (corresponding to 18.43% of the total number of shares in HEX). Together with the proxies received, Mr Flakk will control 38,905,026 votes, equal to approx. 24% of the total votes, at the AGM. The proxies received are only valid for the AGM and lapse thereafter.
