Cleantech Building Materials plc ("CBM" or the "Company"), announces that following admission of its shares to trading on Nasdaq First North, Copenhagen, on 23 December 2016, it has today issued a further 955,188 new ordinary shares to additional accepting Diamond Wood shareholders, and that the number of the Company's issued shares is now 35,538,707.

As a result of these further acceptances, the Company's holding in the capital of Diamond Wood China Limited increases from 93.16% to 97.44%. The extended offer to Diamond Wood shareholders is now closed.

The Company will apply for the 955,188 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on the Exchange.
