Maisons du Monde (Euronext Paris: MDM, ISIN Code: FR0013153541) filed on April 25, 2017 its 2016 Registration document with the Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF").

The 2016 Registration document is available for consultation on Maisons du Monde's website (www.maisonsdumondeipo.com), as well as on the AMF's website (www.amf-france.org).

The 2016 Registration document includes, among other items:

·       The Annual financial report;

·       The report of the Chairman of the Board of directors on the corporate governance and internal control procedures;

·       The report of the Board of directors on the resolutions submitted to the Combined general meeting of May 19, 2017;
