GALVESTON, Texas, April 28, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of American National Insurance Company (NASDAQ:ANAT) declared a quarterly dividend of 82 cents per share on its common stock CUSIP #028591-105, at a meeting held on April 28, 2017. In compliance with NASDAQ’s applicable dividend notice requirements, the dividend is payable June 16, 2017 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 2, 2017 with an ex-dividend date to be determined by the NASDAQ Stock Market, anticipated to be May 31, 2017.
