Tom Henning Slethei, Director of Polarcus, through his wholly owned company Alto Holding AS, has, on 19 May 2017, acquired 256,989 shares at an average price of NOK 2.77 per share. Following the transaction he owns 5,000,000 shares in Polarcus.
