Further, we are already an approved vendor in some of the same retailers which enables us to start delivery in larger quantities immediately and to service these retailers directly.”

Mr. Oswaldo Leonzo continued, “This transaction will also enhance our management team with addition of Mr. William Anti, the founder of Gypsy Crunch. Mr. Anti brings extensive industry experience and relationships with some of the most coveted retailers in the country. We are delighted to welcome Mr. Anti into the Hispanica family and look forward to a long and successful relationship as we leverage our collective experience and resources to create value for our shareholders.”

Mr. Anti added, “I see this as a tremendous opportunity for Gypsy Crunch as well as myself to contribute to Hispanica’s future growth through expansion of its proprietary brands, channels, and relationships. I believe that with the help of Hispanica’s distribution platform we can tackle several of the biggest markets in the country on both coasts. Our immediate focus will be to significantly expand distribution of Gypsy Crunch and Hispanica’s GRAN NEVADA™ beverage brands through several national chain retailers. This is truly an exciting time to be a part of this company.”

Mr. Anti has held positions as National Merchandising Manager, Director of Brand Development and VP of Marketing at KitchenAid, a unit of Whirlpool Corporation as well as Vice President of Global Marketing for Fluidmaster, Inc.

The back orders of Gypsy Crunch from existing customers will be handled and shipped by Hispanica at the beginning of June 2017. More details of product placements and related developments will be posted on both companies’ websites as well other social media outlets.
