Alamo Pharma Services Sales Training Leader to Participate in 2017 LTEN Conference Panel Discussion

Denise Fullowan set to share perspective on training strategies used to equip sales teams with just-in-time knowledge they need.

Doylestown, Pa., June 05, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Denise Fullowan, Executive Director, Training & Development of Alamo Pharma Services, Inc. (“Alamo”), will participate in the Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network (“LTEN”) Conference, in Nashville, Tennessee, on Tuesday, June 6, 2017. The conference, which commences on June 5 and runs through June 8, is being held for its 46th year and is the only conference developed entirely by and for life sciences trainers.

“I’m looking forward to participating in the 2017 LTEN Conference,” says Fullowan. “The organizers have pulled together a tremendous program of workshops, labs, and general sessions. This will be a great opportunity to share insights the Alamo training team has about how we approach learning and to help others better understand what sets our company apart.”

Fullowan will be part of a panel discussion addressing the topic of “Training Strategies to Improve Market Access and Optimize Customer-Facing Roles.” The focus of the session is to offer perspective on many of the latest challenges affecting the life sciences industry. Specific learning objectives for attendees include:

  • Understanding the changing business environment and evolving customer needs
  • Being able to identify gaps in current training plans within organizations
  • Developing a tailored framework for a role-based training to meet market need and increase market share

Fullowan will be accompanied at the conference by Alamo Managers of Sales Training and Development Chuck Corso and Cari DuBose. According to Alamo Chief Operating Officer Peter Marchesini, “The LTEN Conference is unique in both its longevity and its ability to consistently stay in front of the latest trends in sales training within the life sciences industry. Alamo has an excellent story to share and the LTEN Conference is a great outlet for our company.”

Successful training teams rely on specialized training to maintain optimal performance. Alamo Training offers clients comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training programs to equip sales teams with the knowledge and skills to consistently perform at the highest levels. Alamo’s unique approach aligns their training offerings with project phases and roles, and they can also design custom training programs based on specific client needs. Alamo uses a combination of home study, in-classroom education, and on-the-job training to ensure sales team members receive the essential training to help them thrive. The ultimate goal of the Alamo model is to build a “coaching culture” with each of its clients.

LTEN, formerly known as the Society of Pharma and Biotech Trainers (“SPBT”), is dedicated to helping training and education professionals in the biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostic industries. To learn more about the LTEN or the LTEN Conference, visit ltenconference.com
