Cleantech Building Materials plc ("CBM" or the "Company") confirms that the Annual General Meeting will be held on 30 June 2017 at 10.00am at the offices of Marriott Harrison LLP, 11 Staple Inn, London, WC1V 7QH.

1. Circular to shareholders of the Company, including notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company; and
2. Form of proxy for use at the Annual General Meeting.
