Company Thermador Groupe has entered into exclusive negotiations with FG Partner for the acquisition of all the shares in company FG INOX based in France in Brignais and Corbas. Company FG INOX sells a wide range of connectors, flanges, valves and accessories in stainless steel to wholesalers and industrial customers, which would serve as a perfect complement to the industrial valves ranges already being sold by three of Thermador Groupe's subsidiaries; Sferaco, Sectoriel et Thermador International.
In 2016 FG INOX reported turnover of €14.6m. EBITDA was €2.08m and the net profit €1.34m. Its net debt on December 31, 2016 was €0.3m.
