betterU Announces Change of Auditor


OTTAWA, July 13, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BetterU Education Corp. (“betterU” or the “Company”), (TSX-V:BRU), a TSX Venture  Company, announced that it has changed its auditor from DMCL LLP (“DMCL”) to Welch LLP (“WELCH”) effective July 12, 2017.  In conjunction with the resignation of the former auditor DMCL, WELCH was appointed the successor auditor as of the effective date of July 12, 2017. In accordance with National Instrument 51-102 ("NI-51-102"), the Company has filed a Change of Auditor Notice ("Notice") on SEDAR together with letters from both DMCL and WELCH, with each letter confirming that it is in agreement with the statements contained in the Notice, as applicable. There were no reportable events as defined in NI 51-102 between DMCL and the Company.
