(Oslo, Norway, 13 July 2017) Solon Eiendom ASA Board Member Tore Aksel Voldberg (through his wholly owned company Skøien AS) has today bought 25,000 shares in Solon Eiendom ASA at a price of NOK 18,0843.
Following this transaction Tore Aksel Voldberg through Skøien AS holds 8,197,921 shares, equalling 16,87% of the total share capital and votes of the Company.
