(“Robix” or the “Corporation”) (CSE:RZX) (Frankfurt:R0X) announced today that it has appointed FlatStone Capital Advisors Inc. as a consultant to the President & CEO and the Board of Directors of the Corporation. FlatStone will provide strategic direction on the Mexican Energy Sector initiatives and reorganization of the Corporation’s business, the compensation for the term (12-24 months) of the consulting engagement was initially set at C$10,000.00 per month.
Mr. Eduardo Rodriguez, the President of FlatStone Capital Advisors Inc. has been appointed as special advisor to the board of the Corporation. Mr. Rodriguez has considerable experience in the role of senior consultant to international companies seeking expansion and/or operating in Mexico. FlatStone Capital Advisors Inc. is a Canadian consulting and advisory specialized in the Latin American Energy & Infrastructure sectors with a focus in Mexico.
Mr. Rodriguez has over 20 years of experience in business from a number of management consulting, wealth management, and investment banking roles in Canada, with a significant focus on Latin America. Mr. Rodriguez is regarded as an expert on the subject of investment in Latin America, contributing regularly to leading publications on Latin American investment and Mexican Energy Reform.
