XOOM Japan has begun offering service in the Tohoku, Chugoku, Hokkaido, Shikoku and Hokuriku markets. With this recent expansion, XOOM Energy Japan now offers service to residential and small business low-voltage customers in all nine mainland utility areas and 46 prefectures.
