PRA Health Sciences, Inc. Announces Secondary Offering of 10,000,000 Shares of Common Stock


RALEIGH, N.C., Aug. 08, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- PRA Health Sciences, Inc. (the “Company”) (NASDAQ:PRAH) today announced that certain of its stockholders, including an affiliate of, or a fund sponsored by, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (the “Selling Stockholders”), intend to offer for sale in an underwritten secondary offering 10,000,000 shares of common stock of the Company pursuant to the Company’s shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Selling Stockholders will receive all of the proceeds from this offering. No shares are being sold by the Company. The last reported sale price of the Company’s common stock on August 8, 2017 was $79.14 per share. The offering is expected to close on August 14, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions.

Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo Securities will act as the underwriters for the offering.
