Graphene 3D Lab Inc. Closes $432,000 Private Placement

CALVERTON, N.Y., Sept. 01, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Graphene 3D Lab Inc. (the “Company” or “Graphene”) (TSX-V:GGG) (OTCQB:GPHBF) today announced that it has opened and closed a private placement of Common Shares. The Company issued 5,400,000 Common Shares at a price of $0.08 per share for gross proceeds of $432,000.

All securities issued will be subject to a four-month hold period expiring on January 2, 2018. The Company intends to use the proceeds of the private placement for general working capital purposes and research and development activities.

No Finders fees were paid with respect to any of the funds received during this private placement.
