Neo Industrial Plc and Value Group agreed in 2015 that consulting tasks performed by Value Group in relation to financing of Neo Industrial Plc will be paid by B shares held by the company.
The number of B shares handed over on 19.9.2017 was 35,000 pcs. After this transfer Neo Industrial holds 74,271 of its own B shares.
