Independent Research Firm Names Urban Airship a Leader in Mobile Engagement Automation

Urban Airship received the highest possible scores in 23 evaluation criteria, gaining recognition for its proven track record and product roadmap to more than satisfy future needs


PORTLAND, Ore., Sept. 19, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Digital growth company Urban Airship today announced that Forrester Research, Inc., has named Urban Airship a Leader in “The Forrester Wave™: Mobile Engagement Automation, Q3 2017.” This evaluation of MEA solution providers focused on 11 vendors with a successful track record of supporting enterprises. Urban Airship earned the highest scores among all vendors for the Analytics Capabilities and Execution Scale criteria, as well as the highest possible score for the Market Presence category based on its number of customers, revenue and number of employees.

Of the 30 evaluation criteria included in the report, Urban Airship received the highest possible score of 5.0 in 23 individual evaluation criteria. In addition, only Urban Airship scored among the top two for all three main categories of the report: Current Offering, Strategy and Market Presence.
