Corrections - information about the new company's council and its members job experience added.
The reorganization of VIA SMS Group has been finished and resulted in the change of the legal form of the company. Starting from 07.09.2017. the legal form of VIA SMS Group is JSC (Joint Stock Company). The reorganization was carried out to enhance the efficiency of business processes and improve the overall management of the company.
With a reference to changes in the legal form, the company has also established the council with 3 members - Arnis Riekstiņš, Anna Lisenko, Normunds Vigulis.
Within the past three years, professional work of Arnis Riekstiņš was related to JSC ABLV Bank, where he has worked as a Head of Subsidiary Bank Support Division as well as Member of the board and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the bank's subsidiary in Luxembourg. Since June 2015, Mr. Riekstiņš holds positions of Partner and Project Manager within the company R.Evolution City.
Since 2012 until now Anna Lisenko has been working as a Member of the Board within the company RGM Distribution Inc. Ltd. She has also started the position of Human Resources Executive in companies Mr. Fox Ltd. and arbOOz Ltd. in 2016.
Normunds Vigulis has been holding the position of the Consultant and Supervisor of Investment Projects since 2011 to 2017. Since April 2017 he is appointed to the position of the Head of Dealing Department within the JSC Norvik Bank.
