A consortium of Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brand name NOBE), a Nordecon Group company, and Eventus Ehitus OÜ entered into a contract with Omniva for the construction of the 13,000 sqm logistics centre in Rae parish near Tallinn. The building is in its main part one-storey with a smaller two-storey office wing.
The value of the contract is approximately 10 million euros plus value added tax. The works will be completed in autumn 2018.
