VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Sept. 25, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Glance Technologies Inc. (CSE:GET.CN) (FKT:GJT) is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has approved a non-brokered financing at $0.40 per unit for proceeds of $1,400,000 plus an over-allotment option.
Each unit will consist of one common share (a “Share”) and one Share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”) together a “Unit”. Each Warrant will entitle the holder to acquire an additional Share at a price of $0.75 per Share for a period of 12 months from closing.
Since August 1, 2017 the Company has received approximately $3,295,830 from the exercise of warrants and options.
