She later founded a document imaging service bureau in Southern California, where she implemented innovative team-building and efficiency-oriented processes to create a profitable business model, ultimately growing it to a large, lucrative organization built on PSIGEN technology and tools. Her service bureau continued to grow and thrive for 10 years until 2014, when the President of PSIGEN recruited her to become COO of PSIGEN Software, Inc.
