Marking this occasion, Point Blank, announced the establishment of a new division, Protective Apparel & Uniforms, which will incorporate the Short Bark business. “We look forward to leveraging the Short Bark’s legacy under our Protective Apparel & Uniforms brand. The acquisition of Short Bark was through an auction process conducted pursuant to section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code.
