Asiakastieto Group adjusts its financial guidance for 2017
Asiakastieto Group Plc acquired the shares of Emaileri Oy on 1 October 2017 and Emaileri is consolidated to Group accounts from that day on. Asiakastieto Group adjusts its guidance for 2017 as follows: The net sales is expected to grow clearly above 10% and the adjusted net operating profit is expected to grow nearly at the same pace as the net sales. In its future outlooks, Asiakastieto Group has previously reported the net sales growth rate to be around the higher end of the long-term target of 5 - 10% and the adjusted euro-nominated net operating profit to grow from 2016, but at a slower pace than the net sales.
Asiakastieto Group will publish its Interim Report 1.1. - 30.9.2017 on Wednesday, 8 November 2017 at 11.00 a.m. EET. The Interim Report will be available on Asiakastieto's investor website http://investors.asiakastieto.fi/ after publication.
Asiakastieto Group will hold a news conference for analysts, investors and media in English on the same day, where CEO Jukka Ruuska will present the performance and events of the third quarter.
