Offer for Subscription: Extension of early application discount deadline

Downing ONE announces that, in connection with the Offer for Subscription that launched on 7 September ("Offer"), it has extended the deadline for a 1% discount on early applications from 31 October 2017 to 3pm on 17 November 2017.
Applications received before 3pm on 17 November will benefit from the Offer costs being reduced by 1% of the amount subscribed under the Offer.
Applications received between 18 November 2017 and 28 February 2018 will benefit from a 0.5% reduction of the amount subscribed under the Offer.
