Middlesex Water’s Richard Risoldi to Discuss Water Management Strategies And the Water Quality Accountability Act


ISELIN, N.J., Nov. 08, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Richard M. Risoldi, Chief Operating Officer of Middlesex Water Company (NASDAQ:MSEX), will serve as panelist discussing “Water Management Strategies that Yield Results” on November 14 at the 2017 Annual Conference of the New Jersey League of Municipalities (NJLOM) in Atlantic City, New Jersey.  Risoldi will join a panel of experts discussing the role effective water management techniques play in building strong and healthy communities.  The NJLOM provides assistance and guidance to New Jersey’s 565 cities and towns and their representatives.  

On November 15th, Mr. Risoldi will serve on a panel at the Association of Environmental Authorities Annual (AEA) Conference at Caesars, Atlantic City addressing “The Water Quality Accountability Act – What’s Coming for New Jersey’s Water and Wastewater Systems.” Mr. Risoldi will participate in a discussion about the Act’s new standards for asset management planning and capital investment, mitigation of water quality violations, valve and fire hydrant testing and cyber security requirements and what the Act is likely to mean for New Jersey’s private and municipal water purveyors.

The AEA is a trade association of publicly-owned government agencies and private-sector businesses that provide or support clean water and solid waste utility service in New Jersey.
