Scanship Holding ASA : New members of the Board of Directors of Scanship Holding ASA


 

The Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Scanship Holding ASA has on 24 November 2017 elected Benedicte Bakke Agerup and Bård Brath Ingerø as new members of the Board of Directors of Scanship Holding ASA. The new directors will succeed Tore Enger, who has been relieved of his duties.

Benedicte Bakke Agerup has worked in Wilh Wilhelmsen ASA for more than 20 years, and during the last 7 years up to April 2017 she held the position as Chief Financial Officer. In addition to her career in Wilh Wilhelmsen ASA, she has been CFO in KLP Insurance and risk management advisor in DNB. She has been a board member in various companies. Ms. Agerup has a degree in Economics and Business Administration (Norwegian: "siviløkonom") from NHH (Norwegian School of Economics), and she has also competed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Bård Brath Ingerø joined Reiten & Co in 1993 as a partner. He has extensive financial transaction and private equity experience from most of Reiten's investments. He was appointed Managing Partner in May 2014. Mr. Ingerø holds a degree in Economics from the University of Oslo. He is the co-author of a chapter in a leading Norwegian mergers and acquisitions textbook and has written articles on MBO topics as well as being a frequent lecturer for The Norwegian Association of Masters of Science in Business. Mr. Ingerø currently sits on the Board of Directors of Brubakken, MalthusUniteam and Competenia.
