Savo-Solar: Largest owner, CEO, CFO and Chairman of the Board subscribe for shares with their warrants 1-2017
The largest owner of the company, Fredrik Lundgren (privately and through Lusam Invest AB) subscribes for 3,400,999 shares for 204,059.94 EUR in Savo-Solar Plc, with warrants 1-2017 issued in connection with the rights issue carried out in June 2017. The Chairman of the Board, Feodor Aminoff, subscribes for 60,101 shares for 3,606.06 EUR, CEO Jari Varjotie subscribes for 19 444 shares for 1,166.64 EUR and CFO Nalle Stenman subscribes for 9,677 shares for 580.62 EUR with the same warrants. Head of Production, Mr Aku Järvisalo, also purchases 6,700 shares.
The share subscription period based on the warrants ends on 1 December 2017.
