Earnings guidance for 2017 and 2018 to be reaffirmed
RAPID CITY, S.D. - Dec. 4, 2017 - Black Hills Corp. (NYSE: BKH) today announced that its management team will meet with equity investors in New York City at the Mizuho Global Investor Conference on Tuesday, Dec. 5, and the 2017 Wells Fargo Pipeline, MLP and Utility Symposium on Thursday, Dec. 7.
A copy of the materials for these meetings will be available on the Black Hills Corp. website at www.blackhillscorp.com under the "Investor Relations" section prior to the meeting dates. The materials will contain information not previously disclosed, including future capital expenditure details and rate review updates. In its materials, Black Hills will reaffirm its guidance for 2017 and 2018 earnings from continuing operations, as adjusted, as most recently disclosed on Nov. 3. Management will be available to discuss guidance during its investor meetings.
