€500 million new bond issue

On 6 December 2017, Aéroports de Paris launched a bond issue for a total amount of €500 million with the following characteristics:

  • Format: Fixed rate  
  • Redemption: in fine  
  • Annual rate: 1.0%
  • Re-offer spread: 25 bp over mid swap
  • Re-offer yield: 1.036%
  • Payment date: 13 December 2017
  • Maturity date: 13 December 2027

Aéroports de Paris is rated A+ (stable outlook) by Standard and Poor's.
