On 7th December 2017, AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and Liven Kodu 7 OÜ entered into a contract for the construction of residential building with commercial areas, located at Toom-Kuninga 21, Tallinn. There are 45 apartments and commercial premises on the nine floors of the building.
The contract value is approximately EUR 5 million, plus value added tax. The construction works will start in December 2017. The building will be completed in December 2018.
