JSC Baltic Telekom announces that the shareholder structure of the company has changed and the largest shareholder (98.03%) since December 6 2017 has become Cyprus company SSE Baltic Opportunities Limited. The transfer of shares occured in connection with the restructuring of the company's shareholder's assets by transferring the shares of AS Baltic Telekom from MCM Maximus Capital Management Limited to SSE Baltic Opportunities Limited.
Referring to the requirements of the European Parliament and the Council regulation No. 596/2014 and AS Baltic Telekom "Internal rules on the order how the insiders of AS Baltic Telekom can conclude the transactions with AS Baltic Telekom shares", MCM Maximus Capital Management Limited and SSE Baltic Opportunities Limited insiders' notifications on the above mentioned transation are attached.
