(Oslo, Norway, 18 December 2017) Solon Eiendom ASA Board Member Tore Aksel Voldberg (through his wholly owned company Dukat AS) has today bought 145 281 shares in Solon Eiendom ASA at a price of NOK 19,4284.
Following this transaction Tore Aksel Voldberg through Skøien AS holds 8 303 547 shares and through Dukat AS holds 3 121 734, equalling 23,5112% of the total share capital and votes of the Company.
