Technopolis to Acquire Ilmarinen’s Minority Share in Technopolis AS in Oslo, Norway

Technopolis has today signed an agreement to acquire Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company’s indirect 19 per cent shareholding in Technopolis AS. Technopolis AS is the owner of the Technopolis campus in Fornebu area in Oslo, Norway. After the acquisition, Technopolis Plc’s ownership in Technopolis AS is 100 per cent.

The net purchase price of approximately NOK 121 million (approximately EUR 12.3 million) equals to the fair value of acquired shares in the assets. The closing of the transaction will take place on December 31, 2017.
