TORONTO, Dec. 22, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Boyuan Construction Group, Inc. (TSX:BOY) (TSX:BOY.DB.A) (“Boyuan” or the “Company”), a growing construction company in China of commercial, residential and municipal infrastructure projects, announced today that all of the nominees listed in its information circular for the annual general meeting of shareholders held on December 15, 2017 in Jiaxing, Zhejiang, China (the “Meeting”) were elected as directors of Boyuan. Each such director will serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are elected or appointed or they otherwise cease to serve as directors.
