(OTC PINK:HADV) submitted multiple filings to EDGAR bringing the Company current on federal filing requirements and satisfying requests made by the SEC in August. The filings include disclosure about the exit of the former President of the Company, recent legal action, change of fiscal year-end and the quarterly report for September 30, 2017, and changes in control and management.
Thus, the multiple filings of Form 8-K amendments and the 10-Q quarterly report bring the Company current on all filing requirements and will allow the company to proceed forward into its new fiscal year-end of March 31, 2018.
