(Oslo, Norway, January 3, 2018) Solon Eiendom ASA Board Member Tore Aksel Voldberg (through his wholly owned company Dukat AS) has today bought 123.366 shares in Solon Eiendom ASA at a price of NOK 20,9041.
Following this transaction Tore Aksel Voldberg through Skøien AS holds 8 303 547 shares and through Dukat AS holds 3 396 453 for a total holding of 11 700 000 shares, equalling 21,8878% of the total share capital and votes of the Company.
