(“Urbanimmersive,” “UI,” or the “Corporation”) (TSX VENTURE:UI.V) (OTC PINK:UBMRF), the real estate content marketing platform, is pleased to announce the signing of a 5-year affiliate program agreement (the “Agreement”) with Real Services Photography (“RSP,”), a leading Ontario real estate visual content provider, for the use of Urbanimmersive’s real estate content marketing platform and its integrated credit line invoicing facilities on which UI is working on implementing blockchain technology as previously announced this week (the “Solution”).
Real Services Photography (http://realservices.ca/) is a leading and growing Ontario high-end visual content provider for the real estate industry, currently producing more than 10,000 photo shoots per year and serving more than 3000 top real estate agents.
Once fully deployed, as an Affiliate Partner, all customer business transactions of Real Services Photography will be invoiced by Urbanimmersive’s platform thus providing RSP’s customers access to UI’s credit line facilities and other productivity features.
Urbanimmersive expect that once fully deployed, this new affiliate Agreement will have a significant impact on UI’s revenue. “We see this agreement as a major step forward for the company as this develops a strong foothold in the Greater Toronto and Ontario Real Estate Market which is one of the largest markets in North America. Additionally, RSP will benefit from the ongoing development Urbanimmersive is doing with implementing its new blockchain initiatives into both the Photography Copyright as well as the line of credit facilities.
