SJI to Postpone Investor Day Presentation
Folsom, NJ, January 19, 2018- South Jersey Industries (NYSE: SJI) will be postponing its Investor Day presentation, originally scheduled for January 23, in New York City. The company is targeting a date in March to reschedule the event, and will provide further details on that timing in the very near future. The company believes this postponement will allow for a more comprehensive discussion with investors, as the company will have greater clarity around the specific impacts of tax reform on our business and greater detail around the financing proposed to support its pending acquisitions of Elizabethtown Gas and Elkton Gas companies.
